How will I best prepare for a recital or audition? What you'll get:

Practice to Performance  (June 21-22)  Bridge the practice mind to performance mind by building good practice habits, optimizing learning, creating an arsenal of mental skills, learning to listen critically, and addressing performance stress and anxiety. These sessions will be both practical and reflective, giving you a chance to address the many sides of yourself that you bring to the practice room and stage.
